Zusammenfassung:	The gate valve comprises a valve body, the valve rod and a valve plate, a flow channel with two through sides is arranged in the valve body, one side of the flow channel is an inlet end, the other side of the flow channel is an outlet end, an upper valve cavity is formed between the valve body and a valve cover, the valve plate is contained in the upper valve cavity, the upper valve cavity is communicated with the outlet end of the flow channel, and the valve rod is arranged in the upper valve cavity. A through hole enabling the upper valve cavity to be communicated with the flow channel is formed in the valve body, the upper valve cavity is communicated with the flow channel through an external pipeline, and a transverse pressing diaphragm capable of generating elastic deformation is connected between the valve rod and the inner cavity wall of the upper valve cavity in a sealed mode.
