Zusammenfassung: | A hydrogen peroxide oxidation tail gas adsorption device comprises a three-way valve KV101, one end of the three-way valve is connected with a gas outlet of an expansion unit, the other two ends of the three-way valve are connected with an adsorption tank A and an adsorption tank B respectively, and gas outlets of the adsorption tanks are connected to two gas inlets of an oxidation tail gas outlet three-way valve respectively. The three-way valve KV101 is controlled by an actuating mechanism, and a switch in the three-way valve at the oxidized tail gas outlet is controlled by two actuating mechanisms. When the adsorption tank is replaced, two actuating mechanisms in the three-way valve at the oxidized tail gas outlet control to open the two valves, so that the valves at the oxidized tail gas outlet are in an open state when the adsorption tank is switched, and the pressure building accident of the system is avoided.
