A cooling pipeline is fixedly communicated between an outlet of the branch pipeline and an inlet of each charcoal daily stock bin, a temperature sensor is arranged on the bin wall of each charcoal daily stock bin, a pressure reducing valve is arranged at the inlet of the branch pipeline, and a master control valve is arranged on the branch pipeline corresponding to the position between the pressure reducing valve and the first outlet of the branch pipeline.
