Zusammenfassung:An anti-seepage and anti-impact hydraulic cofferdam relates to the field of hydraulic engineering and comprises two groups of water retaining structures, and a soil filling layer is arranged between the two groups of water retaining structures. The water retaining structure comprises a plurality of pipe piles, a cross beam and a water retaining plate, each pipe pile is inserted into the riverbed, the water retaining plate is made of high-density polyethylene and arranged on the outer side of the pipe pile, the side face, facing the pipe pile, of the water retaining plate is connected with an elastic layer, and a waterproof film is arranged between the water retaining plate and the elastic layer; the lower end of the water baffle is connected with a pin assembly, the pin assembly comprises a connecting seat, a vertical inserting rod and an inclined inserting rod which are integrally arranged, the connecting seat is connected with the water baffle through a bolt, the vertical inserting rod is vertically arrange
