Zusammenfassung:	Provided is a rolling bearing unit for wheel support, which suppresses an increase in rotational torque due to a seal ring while ensuring high sealing performance, and which does not separate the seal ring and a slinger even when a combined seal ring is in a single state. The combined sealing ring comprises an oil slinger and a sealing ring. The sealing ring includes a core gold, a sealing member, and a nose washer portion. The nose washer portion has: a washer portion having an outer diameter larger than an outer diameter of the outer diameter-side cylindrical portion; a protruding part extending from the outer diameter side cylindrical part of the core rod to one axial end side; and a locking part which has a locking lip extending radially inward from one end side in the axial direction of the protruding part and is fixed to the small-diameter part of the outer-diameter-side cylindrical part of the core rod.
