The two rotating cylinders are rotatably supported on the two sides of the rack respectively; wherein the rotating cylinder sequentially comprises a first section, a second section and a third section from one end to the other end; the plurality of first blades are arranged on the first section and are spirally arranged along the axial direction; the plurality of second blades are arranged on the third section and are spirally arranged along the axial direction; the screw pitch between the adjacent first blades is different from the screw pitch between the adjacent second blades; the rotating directions of all the blades on the same rotating cylinder are the same, and the rotating directions of the blades on the two rotating cylinders are opposite; the two driving mechanisms are arranged on the machine frame and drive the rotating cylinders to rotate in a matched mode.
