The system comprises an adjusting through-discharge member; the driving piece comprises an air cylinder and a hydraulic driving piece, the adjusting through-discharge piece is connected to the air cylinder, the air cylinder is connected to the hydraulic driving piece, and the hydraulic driving piece is connected to an inlet of the tested piece; the control unit is connected to the outlet of the tested piece; and the first pressure unit is arranged between the hydraulic driving piece and the tested piece or arranged between the tested piece and the control unit, and the pressure unit is electrically connected to the control unit. According to the pressure pulse testing system of the structure, the air cylinder and the hydraulic driving piece are arranged, the air cylinder acts through the gas medium and acts on the hydraulic driving piece, liquid media with different pressures are provided for the tested piece for pressure pulse testing, the requirement
