A functional article (1) is provided with substrates (7, 9) and an adhesive layer (21) formed on a skin-contacting surface or a non-skin-contacting surface of the substrates. The functional article is provided with a functional layer (13) having a predetermined function along the skin-contacting surface at a position on the base material side closer to the skin-contacting surface than the non-skin-contacting surface.
