The utility model is characterized in that an integrated amplifying circuit is connected with the current transformer and outputs a signal to a voltage comparing circuit to compare with a signal generated by a reference voltage generating circuit; an executive circuit is connected with the voltage comparing circuit and drives a relay to generate a corresponding action; the executive circuit is connected with a delay circuit and connected with one terminal of a novel reclosing circuit, and the other terminal of the reclosing circuit is connected with the voltage comparing circuit.
