Zusammenfassung:	The intercepting device comprises a main body, a movable block is arranged on the surface of one end of the main body, the movable block is movably connected with the surface of one end of the main body, a connector is fixed to the end of the movable block, and a fixed seat is fixed to the surface of the joint of the connector and the movable block. Grooves are symmetrically formed in the surfacesof the two sides of the fixing base, limiting blocks are arranged in the grooves, connecting springs are connected between the bottom ends of the limiting blocks and the grooves, and rubber blocks are fixed to the positions, corresponding to the surfaces of the fixing base, of the side faces of the limiting blocks. Through the designed rubber block, the sealing performance of a gap between the connecting base and the connector is improved, through the designed limiting block and the designed connecting spring, a limiting structure is additionally arranged between the connecting base and the connector on the original
