The clutch mechanism is connected with the main rotating part and the driven rotating part, the main rotating part comprises a power driving shaft, and the driven rotating part comprises a driven shaft; the clutch mechanism comprises an outer sleeve part and at least one C-shaped friction plate, wherein the outer sleeve part is formed on or fixedly connected to the driven shaft.
