Zusammenfassung:	The clinical physical cooling device comprises a bottom plate, a pillow block, a top block and a mounting box, a first stand column is fixedly mounted on one side of the top surface of the bottom plate, a first vertical rod is rotatably mounted in the first stand column, the surface of the first vertical rod is sleeved with a first sleeve, and a first connecting rod is fixedly mounted on one sideof the first sleeve; a top block is fixedly mounted at one end of the first connecting rod, a second stand column is fixedly mounted on the other side of the top surface of the bottom plate, a secondstand column is rotatably mounted in the second stand column, a second sleeve sleeves the surface of the second stand column, a second connecting rod is fixedly mounted on one side of the second sleeve, and a top block is fixedly mounted at one end of the second connecting rod; and a refrigeration sheet is fixedly mounted in the top block. The head of a high-fever child patient can be pillows on the pillow block, cold air
