The retainer is located between the outer shaft sleeve and the inner shaft sleeve and connected with the steel balls in a matched mode, a plurality of first oil storage holes are formed in the inner side wall of the outer shaft sleeve, and a plurality of second oil storage holes are formed in the outer side wall of the inner shaft sleeve. The outer shaft sleeve and the inner shaft sleeve are each composed of a low-carbon steel base layer, a modified polyformaldehyde wear-resistant layer and a corrosion-resistant electroplated layer, and the modified polyformaldehyde wear-resistant layer is located between the low-carbon steel base layer and the corrosion-resistantelectroplated layer.
