The one-way clutch solves the problem that an existing one-way clutch is short in buffer stroke. The buffer structure of the one-way clutch comprises a spline shaft and a gear which is arranged on the spline shaft in a sleeving mode and can move in the axial direction of the spline shaft, the buffer structure comprises a spring arranged on the spline shaft in a sleeving mode, an annular limiting boss is arranged on the peripheral face of the spline shaft and located on therear side of the gear, and the spring is a tower spring. The tower spring is located between the limiting boss and the gear, the large end of the tower spring abuts against the limiting boss, and thesmall end of the tower spring abuts against the gear.
