Zusammenfassung:The utility model discloses a quantitative inoculation device for measuring tobacco mosaic virus infectivity. The quantitative inoculation device comprises a storage device, a filter and an inoculation brush, the storage device comprises a storage barrel and a pushing rod with a piston at one end; scale marks used for quantifying virus inoculation liquid are arranged on the outer surface of the storage cylinder. One end of the pushing rod is provided with a piston which is in sealing fit with the inner wall of the storage cylinder and can reciprocate in the storage cylinder, and the pushing rod does not move relative to the storage cylinder under the condition of no external force; the filter comprises a leading-in pipe, a filtering part and a leading-out pipe which are integrally connected; and one end of the inoculation brush fixing sleeve is communicated and connected with the eduction tube. By applying the device, inoculation of virus inoculation liquid can be quantitatively completed at a time, the whole
