The balance adjusting tool comprises a fixed base, a supporting plate, afirst supporting arm, a second supporting arm, a first connecting block, a second connecting block and a threaded rod, the first connecting block is connected to the middle of the first supporting arm in a self-rotating mode, and the second connecting block is connected to the middle of the second supporting arm in a self-rotating mode; one end of the threaded rod is located in the threaded through hole of the first connecting block and is in threaded connection with the first connecting block, the other end of the threaded rod is located in the threaded through hole of the second connectingblock and is in threaded connection with the second connecting block, and the threads at the two ends of the threaded rod are opposite in rotation direction.
