The air pressure test device comprises an air compressor, a second filter, a first pressure tank, a third pressure gauge, a second flow meter, a first aircylinder, an air pressure test pressing element to be tested, a second air cylinder, a fourth pressure gauge, a second electric valve and an air pressure test pressure maintaining element to be tested. The hydraulic test device comprises a hydraulic station, a second pressure tank, a fifth pressure gauge, a third flow meter, a first oil cylinder, a hydraulic test pressing element to be tested, a second oil cylinder, a six
