The exhaust valve comprises a valve seat, a valve plate and a micro exhaust valve rod, the valve plate is welded in the middle of the micro exhaust valve rod, a hole is drilled in the middle of the micro exhaust valve rod, a first rubber plug is arranged at the lower end, and the valve seat of the exhaust valve is connected with a lever; the lever is a double lever, the tail end of the double lever is connected with a floating ball, and a second rubber plug is arranged at the contact position of the double lever and the micro exhaust valve rod; the floating bal
