Zusammenfassung:	The utility model discloses a self-protecting cylinder comber, which can automatically protect the needle tip of a cylinder. The self-protecting cylinder comber comprises an upper nipper, a cylinder shaft, a cylinder, a cylinder bearing, a power shaft and a base seat, wherein, the cylinder bearing is made from insulating materials; a rotary device made from insulating materials is adopted between the power shaft and the cylinder shaft; the top end of the cylinder shaft is provided with a conducting ball bearing; one joint of a relay coil is connected to the conducting ball bearing, the other joint is mutually connected with one output end of a power supply, the other output end of the power supply is connected with ground that is connected to the base seat; the contact head of the relay is mutually connected with a control circuit which controls an electric motor. The self-protecting cylinder comber can effectively prolong the service life of the cylinder.
