The brake disc cold core assembly forming die comprises a lower die plate, and a cavity for forming a brake disc sand core is formed in the lower die plate. A threaded hole penetrating through the lower die plate is formed in the bottom of the cavity, an ejector rod is in threaded connection with the interior of the threaded hole, an ejector disc is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the ejectorrod, the ejector disc is tightly attached to the inner wall of the cavity, the ejector disc is used for forming the bottom of the brake disc sand core, and a plurality of mold holes are formed in theejector disc. The mold hole is used for molding a flange column of the brake disc sand core; when the ejector rod rotates relative to the lower die plate, the ejector disc rotates and moves upwards,meanwhile, through cooperation of the mold hole and the flange column, rotation of the brake disc sand core relative to the ejector disc is limited, and the brake disc sand core is rotated to be ejected out of the mold cavity.
