A phase-change energy storage device water inlet and a phase-change energy storage device water return opening are fixedly formed in the upper end and the lower end of the second water pipe respectively and penetrate through the surface of the phase-change energy storage device to be connected with a water inlet connector and a water return connector of the heating terminal respectively; an electric three-wayvalve is fixedly mounted on the first water pipe; and an electric heater and a circulating pump are mounted on the second water pipe.
