The inclined face of the sliding barrel is matched with the inclined face of one side of the protrusion in structure, a first rubber ring and a second rubber ring are arranged on the inclined face of the sliding barrel and the inclined face of one side of the protrusion respectively, and the outer wall of one end of the second pipe body is sleeved with the other end of the sliding barrel.
