Zusammenfassung: | The utility model relates to a crystallizer formed through the continuous casting of bar strips. The utility model is mainly characterized in that the crystallizer is composed of a hopper part and a crystallization part which are connected into a whole and vibrate synchronously, wherein the hopper part is an oblong inverted conical body, namely that the upper part of the hopper part is large and the lower part of the hopper part is small. The size of the end opening of a hopper zone is equal to or is smaller than that of the upper opening of the crystallization part, and the hopper part is made from materials of which the thermal conductivity is less than half of that of copper; thus, shell of liquid steel, which is formed by incrustation in the half hopper zone, is thin and is easy to deform; under the conditions of high temperature and high pulling speed, the liquid steel can smoothly flow into a crystallization zone. The utility model has the main characteristics of simple structure and easy processing. |
