Materials are evenly scattered into the tank body through the material inlet by means of the annular distributor arranged in the tank body. Enzyme particles in the tank body are prevented from being dispersed by materials; therefore, the reaction between the materials and the enzyme particles is more uniform; the pressure intensity in the tank body is adjusted through the overpressure discharge port in the top of the tank body and the gas phase balance port, so that the pressure intensity in the tank body is convenient to control, enzyme particles are effectively prevented from being crushed and inactivated due to the fact that the pressure in the tank body is too high, the enzymeparticles in the tank body are more durable, and the production cost is reduced.
