The adjacent ends of the conducting strip I and the conducting strip II are electrically connected through a plurality of groups of PN junction chips and jumpers which are arranged in parallel in a crossing manner and are connected in series; bus bar mounting holes are formed in the other ends, adjacent to theconducting strip II, of the conducting strip I; the jumper wire and the PN junction chip are plastically packaged through the insulating body; and concave-convex matching structures or/and a pluralityof stress relief holes I are arranged on the conducting strip I and the conducting strip II which are embedded into the insulating body.
