Zusammenfassung:Liquid crystal display device. The opening profile of the light-shielding film is sufficiently difficult to identify. A laminated film is provided between the transparent conductive film and the opposing substrate such that the laminated film is in contact with the transparent conductive film and the opposing substrate. The laminated film includes a low refractive index layer (13a), a high refractive index layer (13b), a low refractive index layer (13c), and a high refractive index layer (13d). The layers are provided so as to be present in the order of the low refractive index layer (13a), the high refractive index layer (13b), the low refractive index layer (13c), and the high refractive index layer (13d) in the direction from the transparent conductive film toward the facing substrate.The low refractive index layer (13a) and the low refractive index layer (13c) are both made of a material (Ma). The light refractive index of the material (Ma) falls within the range of 1.4 to 1.6. The high refractive index l
