The fixed sheet is fixedly arranged in the valve body; the movable sheet is movably arranged in the valve body; the deflector rod is movably connected to the valve body and can drive the moving plate to move synchronously; the valve body is provided with two water inlet channels, and inlets of the two water inlet channels are formed in the sideface of the valve body. A water outlet channel is formed in the bottom of the valve body; an outlet of the water outlet channel is formed in the bottom surface of the valve body; wherein the stator plate is provided with two first water passing holes which are respectively communicated with inlets of the two water inlet channels and a second water passing hole which is communicated with the wateroutlet channel, the rotor plate is provided with an adjusting groove, and the two water inlet channels and the water outlet channel can be simultaneously or alternatively communicated or disconnectedby the adjusting groove.
