A flushing device of a hemoperfutor comprises a plurality of flushing tanks, a liquid storage pot, a waste liquid collection bag and a flushing pipeline, and flushing liquid is contained in the flushing tanks. One end of the liquid storage pot is respectively connected with the plurality of flushing tanks, and the other end is connected with the input end of the hemoperfutor; the flushing pipelinecomprises a plurality of first pipelines connected between the liquid storage pot and the flushing tanks, a second pipeline arranged between the liquid storage pot and the hemoperfutor, a third pipeline arranged between the hemoperfutor and the waste liquid collecting bag, and an exhaust pipeline communicated with the liquid storage pot and used for exhausting; each pipeline is provided with a flow stopping clamp, and the liquid storage pot serves as a transition section for flushing liquid to flow to the hemoperfutor and is matched with the exhaust pipeline, so that air between the pipelineswhere the flushing liquid
