The upper part of the chamber body is provided with an exhaust hole and an oil spill hole. The lower part of the chamber body is provided with a sewage inlet and a water outlet in one side direction. A partition board is arranged in the chamber body in a cutting direction of the circular cross-section of the chamber body and in an inclining direction of the central axis of the chamber body. The two sides of the partition board are connected with the cylinder wall of the chamber body. The bottom end of the partition board is connected with the cylinder bottom of the chamber body. The connecting position between the partition board and the cylinder bottom of the chamber body is provided with a sewage collector communicated with the sewage inlet. The sewage collector is provided with a swirl nozzle. The utility model has the advantages of convenient rebuilding of old process equipment, small volume of equipment, less investment, and simple operation.
