Zusammenfassung:The utility model discloses an image sensor and an imaging system. The image sensor pixel may include a photodiode, a floating diffusion, and a transfer gate. Column readout circuits are coupled to the image sensor pixels via column lines. The image sensor pixel may have a pixel output path capacitively coupled to the column line via a capacitor. An input terminal of a capacitor at an image sensorpixel may be coupled to the pre-charge transistor. The pre-charge transistor may connect an input terminal of the capacitor to a ground voltage. During a readout operation, the pre-charge transistormay be activated prior to activating the row selection transistor to read out the reset or image level signal.
