Zusammenfassung:	Oil damper, the hydraulic cylinder comprises an oil storage cylinder, a pressure cylinder, a piston rod, a piston and a guide seat, an oil storage cavity is formed between the cylinder storage oil andthe pressure cylinder; an inflatable bag is arranged in the oil storage cavity; the piston rod is provided with a stretching throttling elastic valve group which is communicated with the piston uppercavity and the piston lower cavity when the piston rod extends outwards; the bottom of the pressure cylinder is provided with a movable valve group for communicating the oil storage cavity with the piston lower cavity when the piston rod extends outwards; the inner end of the piston rod is provided with a compression damping adjusting elastic valve group which is communicated with the piston lower cavity and the piston upper cavity when the piston rod is pressed inwards; the bottom of the pressure cylinder is provided with a compression unloading adjusting elastic valve set which passes through the piston lower cavity
