The supporting legs are connected to the four corners of the lower end of the base in a welded mode correspondingly. The supporting legs are connected with the base through welding; a connecting inlet pipe is arranged at the left end of the inner side of a supporting leg at the lower end of the base; according to the utility model, the traditional mode of directly fixing the cooling fan through a bolt is changed into the existing mode of fixing the cooling fan through a connecting piece; in this way, under the action of the connecting piece, vibration generated when the cooling fan works can be counteracted; vibration generated by the cooling fan can be buffered through the buffer spring and the telescopic rod in the connecting piece, so that the cooling fan cannot be loosened due to vibration in the working
