The laser range finders are located on the ground, and each laser range finder emits a laser beam to the belt vertically and upwards at an interval of 10 cm; the system also comprises an alarm system which comprises a PLC and an alarm. An analog quantity input module of the PLC is electrically connected with the laser range finders, and a digital quantity output module of the PLC is connected with the alarm.
