A drying and screening system for a sodium silicate waste sand regeneration device comprises a water control sand bin, a conveying device, a drying machine, a storage sand bin and a vibration screening machine. A feeding hole in the top of the water control sand bin is correspondingly communicated with the turnover pool in the previous sand washing procedure through a sand suction pump; a discharge hole in the bottom of the water control sand bin is correspondingly communicated with the feeding end of the conveying device; the discharge end of the conveying device is correspondingly communicated with the feed port of the dryer; wherein a discharge port of the drying machine is correspondingly communicated with a top feed port of the reserve sand bin through a first bucket elevator, a bottom discharge port of the reserve sand bin is correspondingly communicated with a feed port of the vibrating screen classifier through a pipeline, and a discharge port of the vibrating screen classifieris correspondingly commu
