The device disclosed by the utilitymodel is arranged in a desulfurized flue, and flue gas is cooled by utilizing a low-boiling-point condensing agent, so that moisture in saturated flue gas at a desulfurization outlet is condensed andseparated, and efficient recovery of the moisture in the flue gas is realized; fine fog drops and fine particle pollutants are condensed into large particles by utilizing an acoustic wave condensation technology, and gas-liquid further efficient separation is carried out by utilizing a fine fog drop separator, so that the fine particle pollutants in the flue gas are efficiently dehydrated and synchronously removed; condens
