The system comprises a rear-end early warning system (2), a data receiver (3), a rear-end sound-light alarm device (4), a four-in-one gas detector (8) and an ultrasonic wall thickness detector, the ultrasonic wall thickness detector is mounted at an outlet elbow of the oil nozzle manifold; the device is used for collecting elbow wall thickness data. The four-in-one gas detector (8) is installed above an elbow and used for collecting surrounding H2S, CO, O2 and CH4 data, the data are sent out through a built-in wireless signal transmitter, the data are received by the data receiver (3) and then transmitted to the early warning system for data analysis, and stabbing leakage early warning is conducted through wall thickness analysis and surrounding environment data. The pre-warning device is compact and simple in structure, convenient to assemble and maintain and capable of achieving real-time online pre-warning. |
