The control device comprises an industrial control computer arranged in a control center on a mine, a programmable logic controller (PLC) arranged in a pump room under the mine, two liquid level sensors D1 and D2 arranged in the mine, flow sensors A and B1 water pumps, B2 waterpumps,..., BN water pumps, and a controller, each water pump is correspondingly provided with a C1 electric valve, a C2 electric valve,..., a CN electric valve. According to the device, the number ofinput water pumps is accurately controlled within given time in different power utilization sections according to the water gushing condition; the system drains water as much as possible in an electricity valley section, drains water as little as possible in an electricity level section, makes full use of the volume of the water sump in an electricity peak section, stores water, achieves unmannedautomatic control, is more
