A device main body is arranged at one end of the vibration disc; the top end of the device main body is fixedly connected with a material guide plate; one end of the material guide plate is connected withthe vibration disc; a waste box is arranged on one side of the device main body; the end, away from the vibration disc, of the device body is fixedly connected with a carrying base supporting block,the outer side of the upper end of the carrying base supporting block is fixedly connected with an air cylinder fixing block, the outer side of the lower end of the air cylinder fixing block is fixedly connected with an air cylinder, and the outer side of the upper end of the air cylinder fixing block is fixedly connected with a guide block.
