A storage battery shell puncher comprises a horizontally-arranged bottom plate, a sliding groove is formed in the bottom plate in the front-back direction, a push plate is arranged on the sliding groove in a sliding fit mode, and a push-pull device is connected to the rear end of the push plate. The device further comprises a perforating device, a plurality of hole devices are arranged on the leftand right sides of the push plate; the perforating devices on the two sides of the push plate are sequentially arranged at equal intervals left and right in turn in the front-back direction. The perforating device comprises a support and a limiting block; a limiting groove and a guide hole are formed in the limiting block; the support is fixedly arranged on the push plate and is arranged behind the limiting block; punches in sliding fit with the guide holes are fixedly arranged on the support, when the push-pull device drives the push plate to move forwards and the support is tightly attachedto the limiting blocks, t
