The device comprises an operating piece, a combining piece, a fixing piece, a connecting piece and a cable, the operating piece is provided with a body, a first wrenching part and a connecting part. The body and the first wrenching part respectively extend towards different directions; the connecting part is arranged between the body and the first wrenching part; the connecting part is provided with a first pivot hole; the first wrenching part is provided with a first threading part; the connector is arranged in the direction away from the bicycle handle; wherein the first end part and the second end part are different in direction. The first end part is provided with a second pivot hole; the second end part is provided with a second threading part; the fixing piece is arranged on a handlebar of the bicycle in a sleeving mode. A pivoting part is arranged on the outer wall of the fixing piece; the first pivoting hole andthe second pivoting hole
