The air and flue gas mixing device is arranged on a heating boiler, the injection and suction mixing device comprises a flue gas taking device and an injection and suction mixer, one end of an FGR gas return passage is connected with a flue gas exhaust passage through the flue gas taking device, the other end of the FGR gas return passage is connected witha boiler body, and the injection and suction mixer is arranged on the FGR gas return passage and connected with an air pipeline.
