The buoyancy layer is cylindrical, the water supply layer wraps the periphery of the buoyancy layer, and the light absorption layer wraps the periphery of the water supply layer, so that the device body is cylindrical; wherein the water supply layer and the light absorption layer have hydrophilicity.
