Zusammenfassung:The utility model provides a double-sided photovoltaic solar cell panel and a solar cell panel assembly. The cell panel comprises at least one transparent layer. The double-sided photovoltaic cell ispositioned and arranged to absorb irradiance incident on the double-sided photovoltaic cell from two sides; and at least one optical element. To form the assembly, the battery panel is connected to the mounting assembly.
