The utility model provides a new means for frost heaving prevention design and frost heaving treatment of the high-speed railway subgrade in the seasonal frozen soil area. The novel nanohot rod technology takes active prevention and control as a core thought, solar driving is used, heat is input through unpowered heating, the temperature of soil is increased, the freezing depth of aseasonal active layer of the roadbed is reduced, and the purposes of eliminating or reducing longitudinal irregularity and transverse deformation difference of the roadbed caused by frost heaving areachieved.
