Zusammenfassung:	The utility model discloses a wire drawing machine lubricating oil circulating system for a cable drawing process, and aims to solve the technical problem of poor power regulation matching performanceof an existing lubricating oil circulating system. The automatic oiling device comprises an oiling pump, a spraying pipe, a recycling pipe and a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), the petrol pump is connected with a step-down starting device; the voltage reduction starting device comprises a self-coupling coil, a contact KM1, a contact KM2 and a contact KM3. Wherein the contact KM2, the self-coupling coil and the contact KM1 are sequentially connected in series, the contact KM3 is connected with the self-coupling coil in parallel, one end of the contact KM3 and one end, which is not connected with the self-coupling coil, of the contact KM2 are connected to a power supply input end, and the other end of the contact KM3 is connected with a 3/4 node of the self-coupling coil and is connected with the petrol pump.
