Wherein the hoisting flashboard, the hydraulic telescopic column, the cross beam mechanism and the hoisting scrolling motor are located between embankments. At least two groups of hydraulic telescopic columns are respectively mounted on embankments on two sides of the hoisting flashboard; thecross beam mechanism is supported above the hoisting flashboard through two groups of hydraulic telescopic columns; the hoisting rolling motor is mounted on the cross beam mechanism and is connectedwith the hoisting flashboard through a steel wire; wherein a lifting cavity corresponding to the end of the side face of the hoisting flashboard is formed in the inner side face of the embankment, a closed air bag is vertically arranged along the end of the side face of the hoisting flashboard, and the closed air bag just corresponds to the interior of the lifting cavity. Compared with the existing flashboard, the flashboa
