A hot fluid tube bundle is arranged at the central position in the heat exchanger shell; a cold fluid spiral pipe is wound on the outer wall of the hot fluid pipe bundle; a circular through hole is formed in the heat exchanger shell at one end of the hot fluid tube bundle; a hot fluid water outlet is formed in the outer side wall of the heat exchanger shell at the position of the circular through hole; a water injection groove is formed in the end, away from the circular through opening, of the hot fluid pipe bundle in the heat exchanger shell, a hollowed-out supporting frame is installed in the hot fluid pipe bundle, a hinge base is welded to the surface of one side of the hollowed-out supporting frame, compression springs are arranged in the water injection groove, and movable check blocks are a
