The system comprises a hot spring water storage pool, an outdoor hot spring soaking pool, awater source heat pump, an indoor air conditioning system and a reclaimed water system, hot spring source water is guided into the hot spring water storage pool; the water outlet end of the hot springwater storage pool is led to the outdoor hot spring soaking pool through a pipeline, the water outlet end of the outdoor hot spring soaking pool is led to the water source heat pump through a pipeline, waste water discharged by the outdoor hot spring soaking pool is subjected to heat conversion through the water source heat pump, then recycled heat energy is supplied to the indoor air conditioning system, and finally discharged waste water enters the reclaimed water system to be reused. According to the direct supply and direct discharge foam pool, hot spring raw water is extracted and then directly supplied to the fo
