The energy feedback brake resistor module is connected in parallel with the energy storage battery pack; the hydrogen fuel cell power generation device further comprises a diode and a super capacitor module, the output end of the diode is electrically connected with one end of the super capacitor module and the input end of the boosting DC/DC converter, and the other end of the super capacitor module is electrically connected with the negative electrode ofthe hydrogen fuel cell.
