Drill bit

A drill bit has a body having a first end, a second end opposite the first end, and an axis of rotation extending centrally through the body. The drill bit includes a cutting head including a cuttingtip on an axis of rotation and a cutting portion. The cutting portion has a first tip surface on an opposite side of the rotational axis and a second tip surface on an opposite side of the rotationalaxis. Each first tip surface extends radially outward from the cutting tip to a respective second tip surface. Each second tip surface extends from a respective first tip surface to an outer peripheryof the body. The first tip surface defines a first tip angle measured by the axis of rotation.
